The advertising agency MarujaLimon has won 10 awards and has been awarded the distinction of best agency of the year at the Publifestival 2024 Advertising Festival in Madrid. The company from Utrera has thus achieved for the third consecutive time and at a new and different advertising festival, the award for best agency of the year, after having obtained it in 2023 at the SmileFestival and Luxury Awards festivals.

MarujaLimon has become the platinum agency and agency of the year at the Social Advertising Gala, Publifestival 2024, held at the CaixaForum Madrid auditorium. In the eighteenth edition of this international festival, it has won the platinum agency award and agency of the year 2024 award, the special award for the agency with the best use of the Publifestival 2024 message, the award for best innovation in a social project (with a campaign for the Junta de Andalucía against digital gender violence), the best design in media action (for the Progreso y Salud Foundation with a digital campaign for co-responsible care), the best corporate identity (with group branding for Valor One International), the best social advertising documentary (for Díaz Cadenas with ‘Todo corazón’), the best web design (for Dani Ceballos’ website), the best web spot (for Adelquivir with ‘Camino y rutas mozárabes’), the best advertising design (for ‘Año salvaje by Bambino’, for Utrera City Council), and the best brand development in public relations action (for the Andalusian Galgos Federation, for the 2023 sports gala).

The gala was hosted by journalist Patricia Pérez, and awards were given to advertising, communication and marketing projects with a social purpose.

The Publifestival 2024 Honor Award went to Presidentex, a committee of experts with extensive experience in the field of marketing and advertising. This committee is made up of Agustín Medina (former president of the Spanish Association of Advertising Agencies), Paco González (former president of the Spanish Association of Advertising Agencies), Juan Ramón Plana (former general director of the Spanish Association of Advertisers) and Fernando Herrero (former president of the Advertising Academy).

The gala was attended by prominent personalities such as Jorge Ruiz, general secretary of the Spanish Association of Business Schools; Jorge Álvarez, president of the Spanish Radio Academy; and Yolanda Rubio, manager of prominent national and international artists, among others. The voices of Rachelle Fisher, Bernar, Palomi and Rojas were in charge of providing the musical note to this magnificent gala.

In the last year, MarujaLimon has managed to be named agency of the year at three different advertising festivals: SmileFestival, Luxury Adwards and Publifestival, with a total of 27 awards received at these events alone. This makes it one of the most successful and recognised agencies on the national and international scene.

Founded by advertising professionals and entrepreneurs Mario Aguilar and David Cabrera, it currently has a team of more than 20 professionals in the sector and has developed projects both nationally and internationally. It plans to open its doors to the national and international market with a new office in Madrid.
