The Goblet of Blood will be the first part of the alternative montage

I am the boy who will tell you all the latest news in film and television in 3DJuegos. I am passionate about science fiction, fantasy, superheroes and movie curiosities, those little behind-the-scenes stories of the directors and actors we have been following since we were little. My favorite saga? Star Trek. My favorite character? Superman, although lately a little more John Wick. One last thing, I promise not to bore you too much in my topics. LinkedIn

Zack Snyder and Netflix aren’t done with Rebel Moon yet. There may never be a third film as such of the fantasy and science fiction epic, but that does not mean that for summer the premiere of the Director’s Cuts is promised with up to six hours of footage showing a very different and adult vision of both films , so much so that, at least the first part, seems to have been renamed.

Through the Film Ratings website, users have been able to discover an alternative title for the blockbuster. It is the following: Rebel Moon – Chapter One: Chalice Of Blood (in Spanish, Rebel Moon – Chapter 1: The Goblet of Blood). This information has not yet been confirmed by Netflix or the director, but according to those who have read the novelization of the first part of Rebel Moon, it seems to be quite appropriate with what is narrated and the more violent spirit of the montage.

A Child Of Fire was the title chosen by Zack Snyder and his team for the first part of Rebel Moon. For the second part, he opted for The Scargiver (The warrior who leaves marks), her new name not having yet been revealed. It is to be hoped that this information will not take long to arrive since both Director’s Cuts, in principle, They will arrive at the same time in August on Netflix.

Two very different Rebel Moon movies

Film Ratings also confirms its exclusive age rating for Rebel Moon – Chapter One: Chalice Of Blood, as well as the presence of scenes with violent, bloody and gore content, as well as of a sexual nature with nude scenes and foul language. But these will not be the only differences compared to the PG-13 version of Zack Snyder’s film. The director guarantees an alternative montage where there are new scenes and others will be shown to the audience in a different way than what we had already seen.

The Director’s Cuts are the movies I wrote. They are much more mythological, and much stranger in tone. (…) I really wanted to make a film that feels more like Heavy Metal magazine than Star Wars, much more irreverent than reverent. The PG-13 version is much more serious. It’s strangely serious because you don’t have any over-the-top sex or violence to set the tone. The [montajes del director] “They’re three hours long with tons of scenes you’ve never seen before and tons of other crazy stuff.” — Zack Snyder via THR

Of course, I personally want to discover this approach. The first part left me a little cold, the second I did like, but in both there was once potential to deliver a more powerful product to the audience. I don’t know if he will be able to turn around the criticism from the press and public, but A story with much more of its own identity never hurts. if that’s what you were looking for.

In 3DGames | Rebel Moon is not the only thing from Zack Snyder that we will see in 2024. After years of silence, Twilight of the Gods shares an image and will arrive in the fall

In 3DGames | It may be the most controversial scene in Zack Snyder’s work, but for the director of Rebel Moon, “Save Martha” from Batman v Superman makes sense
