‘Fantastic Four’ begins filming at the end of July
Fans with a better eye noticed this and Kevin Feige has confirmed that they are right. The president of Marvel Studios has given new details about Fantastic fourone of the most anticipated films in the superhero franchise, and has also proven right those who discovered that the story will not take place in our world.

For now, fans have only seen two images from the film and neither is a photograph, as they are illustrations. That alone was enough for them to discover that Fantastic four will take place in another world.

“There was another art piece that we released with Johnny Storm flying in the air and making the 4 symbol and there was a landscape in the corner of that image,” Feige says in the podcast The Official Marvel. “Many smart people realized that this landscape does not look like the New York we know, or the New York that existed in the 60s in our world. These are intelligent observations”.
As you can see in the image below, the buildings seen in the background have a very different futuristic style than the one we know. His post led many fans to think that Fantastic four is not set on Earth-616. Now Feige has given them the reason. In addition, the president of Marvel Studios has also confirmed that the film is set in the past. In short: another universe and another time.
FILMING OF ‘FANTASTIC FOUR’ BEGINS
Fantastic four will officially introduce Marvel’s First Family into the MCU. The rights to the characters now belong to the studio following the purchase of 20th Century Fox by disney. Fox brought three superhero team films to the big screen: The Fantastic Four (2005), Fantastic Four and Silver Surfer (2007) and Fantastic four (2015).
“I’m really excited because I think those characters are pillars, legendary pillars of the Marvel Universe that they’ve never been able to play with or explore in a meaningful way beyond Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and some fun little teasers about the way we’re making that movie. “I’m very excited,” he adds about the project.
Finally, Feige has confirmed that the filming of Fantastic four will begin at the end of July. “We started filming at the end of July. The day after Comic-Con is the first day of filming for Fantastic four“.
The next chapter of the MCU to hit theaters is Deadpool and Wolverine. The third installment about Ryan Reynolds’ Merc with a Mouth is directed by Shawn Levy and marks the return of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. The film, the new installment of the Phase 5 of the franchise, the July 25 in Spanish cinemas.
