The new iPad Pro would arrive with the M4 processor

Manzana will present the new iPad Pro on May 7 and it seems that they will arrive with a surprise: the M4 processor instead of the M3 processor. A chip that was expected for Macs at the end of the year, but it seems that those from Cupertino will present it in less than two weeks. The reason? The M4 would be focused on Artificial Intelligence functions.

As Mark Gurman has indicated in the latest installment of his Power On newsletter, not only will some Macs skip the M3 chip, but also the iPad Prosince they will include the M4 processor. A surprising twist, since it has been rumored for months that the iPad Pro will have the M3 processor.

And it seems that, Apple will highlight the Artificial Intelligence functions in the new iPad Pro which would be possible thanks to the improved Neural Engine of the M4 processor. A chip that, as we said, is expected to also debut in some Macs at the end of the year and in 2025.
