This Wednesday, the National Disaster Prevention and Response Service (Senapred) declared Preventive Early Warning in the Metropolitan Regiondue to the front system that will arrive in the capital in the next few days.

In detail, it expect normal to moderate snowfallwith probability of blizzard, in sectors cordillerans of the Metropolitan region.

In addition, There will be normal to moderate rainfall in the coastal mountain range, valley and foothills of the region.which could leave up to 30 millimeters of water, all this accompanied by normal to moderate winds, that could reach up to 70 kilometers per hour.

The frontal system in the capital cIt will begin on Saturday, June 8, and would end during the afternoon of Sunday the 9th.

“In consideration of this background and in coordination with the Metropolitan Regional Presidential Delegation, the Regional Directorate of SENAPRED, declares a Regional Preventive Early Warning due to a meteorological event, valid from today and until the conditions of the event warrant it.“, they indicated from Senapred.
