Caputo celebrated the agreement between Glacear and the producers of Vaca Muerta: “One of the largest floating LLL projects in the world in Argentina was confirmed”
After the Southern Energy consortium, which has as partners a YPF, Pampa Energía, the British Harbor Energy and the Norwegian Golar Lng, confirmed that it will bring in 2028 a second ship to export gas to the world, the Minister of Economy of the Nation, Luis Caputo, celebrated this announcement and took the opportunity to confirm that the first stage of the investment “already has the approval of the rig.”
“One of the largest floating LLL projects in the world in Argentina was confirmed. With the agreement between Glacear and the Gas Producers of Vaca Muerta Pae, YPF, Pampa and Harbor, the transforming export gas project begins. With this Argentine investment it can be liquefy 26 million cubic meters daily of natural gas from 2027,” Caputo published in his X account.
