They present the book “The Cordobazo of women” and the documentary “Las Brujas del Cordobazo”
He Friday, May 9 At 7:00 p.m. Bibiana Fulchieriphotographer and journalist, will present his Book “The Women’s Cordobazo” Accompanied by Gloria Gallegos (Association Ex political prisoners) Cecilia Melián (children) and Luciana Cano (the visual show).
In this book of the editorial ours, Fulchieri investigates, from photographs, who are the women who participated in the Cordobazo, and manages to gather testimonies in the first person of 20 protagonists, who narrate how they lived and what happened to them from that socio -political event of 1969, which contributed to the fall of the dictatorship of Onganía. This work highlights the importance of research and puts light on the role of women in such an important milestone for national history.
This book inspired Luciana Dadone and Andrés Dunayevich and to perform the documentary “Bruges of the Cordobazo”, with Fulchieri as the protagonist and screenwriter. The audiovisual records the talks in which eight of the twenty referred to in the book participated, all with different life stories but linked to political, trade union and social struggle.
The documentary will be projected on Saturday, May 10 at 7:30 p.m. at Casa Argañaraz Alcorta, presented by Bibiana Fulchieri.
About Bibiana Fulchieri
Bibiana Fulchieri (Río Cuarto, 1959). He graduated as a professional image communication technique. He continued his training in numerous workshops, clinics, studies trips and intensive seminars with specialists linked to documentary photography, anthropology and cultural management, such as the ethnographic filmmaker Jorge Prelorán (from the University of California, USA) and part of the staff of the Magnum Agency (New York) with Sebastián Salgado, Abbas, Susan Meiselas, and the Mark Russel editor York Times. Since 1980 she worked as a graphic reporter for Puntal, Córdoba, Page/12 Córdoba, La Voz del Interior. In 1985 it lies in Córdoba and since then he serves as a photographer, journalist and teacher (UNC), in addition to permanent correspondent for National Magazines Humor, El Porteño, the journalist, the magician, crisis, action, Atlantis Editorial, etc. He participated in more than 50 exhibitions, individual and collective, in different cities of Argentina and represented the country in samples abroad. He received 20 awards and mentions in provincial and national competitions. Individually and collectively published various books. He currently serves as an independent editorial photographer, journalist and cultural manager.
It should be noted that the 3rd edition of the sample of the Visual Mostra will be held from Friday 9 to Sunday, May 11, and will have a broad proposal: photographic exhibitions, conversations, workshops, tribute, special guests, fair, music.
