Up to 47 Spanish university publishers will be present at the Granada and Bogotá Book Fairs (Colombia), through the Union of Editorials of the Spanish Universities (UNE).
The editorials of the universities and research centers are presented at the 43rd Book Fair of Granada, from May 9 to 18, with an editorial offer of about five hundred titles.
In this way, the books of forty -seven university and scientific publishers will be exhibited in the UGR editorial booth next to the bottom of the publishing house itself, thus becoming the space that will present the largest number of scientific books in the sample that this year is dedicated to women and literature.
The works have been published by the publishers of the Universities of Alcalá, Alicante, Almería, Autonomous of Barcelona, Autonomous of Madrid, Barcelona, Burgos, Cádiz, Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Complutense of Madrid, Córdoba, San Pablo Ceu University Foundation, Ecclesiastics San Dámaso, Extremadura, Huelva, Illes Balears, International of Andalusia La Laguna, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, León, Málaga, Murcia, UNED, Navarra, Oviedo, Basque Country, Politècnica de Catalunya, Polytechnic of Madrid, Pontificia Comillas, Pontifical of Salamanca, Public of Navarra, Rovira I Virgili, San Jorge, Sevilla, Valladolid and Zaragoza; and of the State Agency Research Centers Official State Gazette, Casa de Velázquez, Center for Andalusian Studies, Center for political and Constitutional Studies, Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), Consello da Cultura Galega and Diputación de Sevilla.
The selected books are framed in numerous areas of knowledge (from archeology and prehistory, fine arts, librariansomy and documentation, through political sciences, communication, law, economy, education and include, of course, philosophy, history, linguistics, literature and philology, sociology, sciences, engineering and medicine) and seek to attract an audience towards scientific reading, essential to understand the issues of our time.

On the other hand, and also through UNE, UNIA has participated in the Bogotá International Book Fair (Filbo) 2025, in which Spain was the guest country of honor and has presented itself with the motto Spanish, Paz Language.
UNE publishers have exposed a broad fund composed of two hundred titles of 38 different publishers in their own stand, to give greater visibility to the academic and scientific production of the publishers of Spanish universities and research centers.
On the other hand, the UNE has also actively participated in the Ibero -American University Edition Meeting that, with the same slogan, has been organized by the associations of Ibero -American University publishers with the support of the General Directorate of Spanish in the world of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Spain.
The associations of the publishers of the Spanish universities and research centers have wanted to contribute to the presence of Spain as a guest of honor of this edition of the filbo with a greater exhibition of the books they publish.
