Fifteen bookstores have taken their copies to the Plaza Mayor to celebrate the Book day on a day marked by the good weather. That has made the Burgos who have walked through the booths from the first hour, looking for that long -desired title, leafing through or letting themselves be advised, knowing 10% discount. The members of the Provincial Library Association will keep their positions uninterrupted until 20:30, as well as the Association of Florists and Gardeners of Burgos (Flojabur), which has a booth to sell roses.
In the early hours the book ‘Esperanza’, by Pope Francis, the work of Javier Cercas on the Pontiff, the available titles of Vargas Llosa and the editorial novelties such as María Dueñas’s, have triumphed. Among young people, fantastic literature makes them great readers.
They have their booth in the Plaza Mayor: Children of Santiago Rodríguez, Espolón, Luz y Vida, La Key, Sea of Leaves, Music and Sports, Dina 4, Forest of Letters, Antiquaria Lyda, Margof, Carlibur, The Magic Chair, The Maison Des Quatre Chats, Vignets and Eighth.
