IMCE participates in Filc with book stand published by the City Council- Millennium Group

Antonio Mendez Vigatá, director of the Municipal Institute of Culture and Education (IMCE) announced that there will be a presence at the headquarters of Torreón de La FILC 2025 a Through a stand for the sale of books published by the municipal administration, and the fourth edition of the Children’s and Youth Book Fair is prepared that, for the second time it will be itinerant.
