Thanks to the Davipuntos loyalty program, Davivienda Bank customers have the possibility of redeeming their fuel accumulated points in Terpel stationsallowing them to save money in gasoline or even obtain it at no cost, depending on their level of accumulation.
This option is available through an alliance with Viveterpel, the Ecosystem of Benefits of the Network Terpel.
How does the exchange work?
The conversion is made under the rate of 1 davipunto = 3 points Viveterpelwhich can be used to redeem Terpel fuel bonds and vehicular natural gas (GNV), high stores or even miles with aerial allies.
To access this benefit, the client must accept the terms and conditions of the program and register their data as a Davivienda client.
Enter the Viveterpel application and transfer your Davipuntos that you can redeem in Fuel bonds of $ 10,000, $ 20,000, $ 50,000 and $ 100,000 pesos.
How to accumulate Davipuntos?
Davipuntos are obtained through the use of Davivienda credit cards in different consumption categories. Depending on the type of card, the points accumulated for each dollar vary:
- Dorada: 2.5 Davipuntos per dollar in supermarkets and restaurants.
- Platinum: 3 Davipuntos per dollar in restaurants, hotels and health.
- Black/Infinite: 4 Davipuntos per dollar in the same categories.
- Business: 2 Davipuntos per dollar in any type of consumption.
In addition, there are special bonuses such as welcome bonds, anniversary, to affiliate automatic charges, use of associated debit card and to maintain average balances in the master account.
Restrictions and conditions
The accumulated points are valid for 12 months and if they are not used, they are lost. The inactivity of the card is also penalized with the progressive loss of the accumulated points.
There are also monthly limits of card accumulation, both for base accumulation and for bonuses.
Where else can Davipuntos be used?
In addition to fuel, users can redeem their travel davipuntos, gift certificates, transaction drafts, colones cashback (for other countries where Davivienda operates), online purchases and miles from Avianca (Lifemiles).
They can also be used in affiliated shops and through the “Pay with Rewards” app.
