The tender will be “At open price”, So there is no minimum price or a stop. It is divided into two groups:
1. The quiet section, for people who are not fully involved in the subject, where up to 50 million pesos or 50 thousand dollars can be offered.
2. And the competitive section, where the big players put the money they want, but they have to say how much they pay for every thousand pesos or a thousand dollars, with precision of two decimals.
Offers have to be done through registered agents, whether compensation or negotiation. He doesn’t go on his own.
All this is part of the plan of the Ministry of Economy to get tenders of letters every fifteen days, with fixed rates. It is his way of driving the debt and trying to make the money stay in the local circuit.
