Paso de la Patria neighbors ask for the arrest of a thief with an extensive criminal history. This is a 27 -year -old subject, identified with the last name Gamarra, who since May 28, 2024 and until March 23 of this year was involved in six robberies and two cases of resistance and attack against authority.
The last complaint, which later earned a new apprehension to the subject, was filed by a woman, who denounced that the individual entered his home, almost at the intersection between Uruguay and San Juan streets, from which elements of value were taken. The complaint of the victim realized that the involved stole shoes, a speaker and a wallet.
In that context, thanks to the content of the security cameras in the area, police officers identified and then delayed the suspect. However, the complaint of the neighbors has to do that, despite the multiple criminal acts he starred, Gamarra was again released.
Thus, they ask that justice take action on the matter and order the capture of the man “considering the repetition of the accused crimes” indicates the document presented to the Fiscal Unit of Concrete Investigations (UFIC) 7, and then, adds that the order is given by “the potential danger it represents for society”, with the objective of “guaranteeing public safety and the correct development of the investigation.”
