The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, promised more attacks in coordination with the United States against the Hutis rebels of Yemen, backed by Iran, after the triggered a missile against Israel that caused the brief closure of its main international airport this Sunday.

“We are operating against them (the hutis). We act before. We will also act in the future. I cannot give more details,” Netanyahu said on Sunday in a video in X. “The United States, in coordination with us, is also operating against them. It is not a unique attack, but there will be impacts.”

The flights were suspended at Ben Gurion airport, near Tel Aviv, for about 30 minutes on Sunday morning after a missile impacted in the vicinity of the airport, after which the Israeli army described as “several attempts” of interception. “The of the interception are under review,” said Israel’s forces.
