José Diego Osorio, who saved a 13 -year -old girl, murdered by his stepfather on the San Andrés village, in Chinchiná, after he accessed her carnally on a farm in this sector, he said in an interview With Caracol Radio Manizales how he helped the youngest, who arrived with his mouth covered with a tape, dressed only with a sheet and a rope in the neck.
“He abused her, the girl was saved because while he made the hole to bury her, he was flying. He left her tied with a loop and she, with the scalpel that took off her clothes, cut her rope and ran out“He said.
The alleged evangelical pastor was prosecuted for carnal access with under 14 years and the crime of kidnapping.

José Diego says that the girl toured about 200 meters fleeing, and mentions that she had seen the pastor a couple of times before.
“when the girl was with us we didn’t know what was happening, she was suffocated, we managed to release the rope she had on her neck and returned to lifehe told us that he had raped her and that she wanted to kill her, her reaction was to leave quickly (…) The man started in his car, crashed and tried to fly in the middle of the mountains, ”he said.
Osorio mentions that he started on his motorcycle to persecute the alleged responsible, the community looked for him until he found him, hit him and handed him over to the authorities.
The inhabitant of the sidewalk recognized the courage of the girl by escaping, “he had left her with a padlock, she covered himself with a sheet because she was naked and, apparently, fled through a window.”
“About 10 seconds and the girl had not survived, I was alone when all this happened, I don’t want to imagine that someone else would have become the blind eye, God put me at the right time,” he concluded.
