The Ministry of Finance of Misiones confirmed the new schedule of the provincial program now Gas for the month of May. The head of the Treasury, Adolfo Safrán, stressed that the program represents an important relief for missionary homes, especially in a context where Misiones remains the only province of the country without access to the natural gas network in any of its localities.
“The now Gas remains a key benefit to missionary families. It was created in 2018, during the first mandate of Hugo Passalacqua as governor, and since then it remains a constant public policy,” said Safrán through their social networks.

The program travels weekly different localities of missions, facilitating access to a basic energy source at an accessible price. The subsidized value seeks to ensure that more families can face the costs of packaged gas, which in the informal market reaches unattainable figures for many homes.
