During the last long weekend, several garbage containers were the target of attack in different points of Rivadavia and from the municipality they called the reflection of the damage it means.
The containers were recently placed at strategic points “to improve the management and collection service” and were vandalized and completely burned, which resulted in their total loss.
“This act of vandalism is a blow to the effort that is made from municipal management to guarantee an efficient, modern and sustainable service in the disposal of waste. The damaged containers, acquired with their own resources, represented a significant investment aimed at improving the quality of life of the neighbors and to promote a cleaner and more orderly environment,” they said from the Municipality.
Finally, they resorted to citizen commitment and requested that before any event that attacks containers or public spaces, communicate with the Municipal Palace or with the closest police agency.
