The third involved in the violent robbery of a woman in Madryn fell

The man appeared before justice and was arrested after the assault on April 9.

CCF was arrested this Sunday in the framework of the investigation for the assault on a woman that occurred on April 9 in Puerto Madryn. Fernández was the third member of Trelew’s native band, whose other two members, ODV and MGR, had already been captured.

Meanwhile, CCF, on whom a request for capture weighed, voluntarily appeared before justice. At the detention control hearing held on Sunday, Judge María Alejandra Hernández formalized the investigation opening.

The imputation is for “aggravated robbery for being committed in town and band, in the character of co -authors.” The deadline to complete the investigation was set at six months.
