This Friday, the Ministry of Productive development and Plural Economy reported the death of the Vice Minister of Commerce and Internal Logistics, Grover Lacoa, who assumed the position since 2020.

Likewise, the president of the State, Luis Arce, also expressed his condolences and highlighted his commitment to the development of the country.
“With deep sadness we received the news of the death of our brother Vice Minister of Commerce and Internal Logistics, Graver Lacoa, who always demonstrated his commitment to the development of our country and his vocation of work for the well -being of the Bolivian people. Lacoa was a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering “Graduated with Distinctions” from the Bolivian University “San Pablo” and Master in International Commercial Negotiations at the University of Barcelona Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
