Jean Percy Meza de la Cruz (25), graduate of administration of the National University of the Center of Peru (UNCP), was found dead on Saturday, April 3 at the Shullcas River, in El Tambo. The young man, who was being investigated for the murder of his friend Brandon Daymond Victorio Nuerdos (24), was found with signs of strangulation, and the forensic confirmed that it had been thrown into the river while still had vital signs.
