The State Attorney General’s Office achieved, with the contribution of evidence, the link to Ares Azael N., presumed responsible for the crime of homicide of a minor occurred in the municipality of San Matías Tlalancaleca.
It is known that on April 14, a woman and her three minor children were traveling aboard a GMC truck, when at the moment they were intercepted by a Kia vehicle, in which several men were traveling, including Ares Azael N., who allegedly made gunshots injuring a child under 3 years of age who later lost her life.
With the investigation carried out by the State Prosecutor’s Office, investigating agents located and complying with the arrest warrant against him.
After formulating imputation and presenting evidence at the hearing, the control judge was achieved to link to the accused with the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention.
