The case of Albaida del Aljarafe, that small Sevillian municipality turned into a judicial epicenter of an alleged Mass electoral fraud That the Objective has revealed exclusively, has taken a new turn. A witness has declared before the Court of Instruction No. 3 of Sanlúcar la Mayor who filled his vote application by mail at the local headquarters of the PSOE, assisted by a “girl” of the party. Moreover, according to The Objective, he said he did it “for the Covid Pandemia”, in an election held in May 2019 – Diez months before the health emergency exploded in Spain.
A vote in the “house of the PSOE”
The woman appeared as a witness and not as accused, which legally forces to tell the truth under penalty of crime. when asked by the judge about how she managed her vote by mail, she acknowledged that it was her first time and that she received direct help from the party to complete it. His words were clear: “It was in the house of the PSOE”, where he was offered the form and she filled it with the orientation of a person in the socialist environment. He did not remember his name.
The problem is not only the scenario in which the management of the vote, improper and irregular according to the Electoral Law, but also the temporal confusion and the context in which the witness justified her decision: she alleged public health reasons, mentioning the pandemic, when not even the COVID existed as a phenomenon in Spain. This temporal contradiction has generated perplexity among researchers and will probably subtract credibility to the testimony, although the most relevant is what confirms: the use of a partisan headquarters as a center for the processing of the vote.
A cross under the firm: suspicious pattern
During the appearance, the judge showed him a copy of the vote application form by mail that he allegedly signed. What caught the attention was not so much its rubric, but a cross symbol drawn just below the firm. The witness did not know how to explain her presence and simply said she did to “indicate the place where it had to be signed.”
But what for her may have been a simple scribble, For researchers, it is part of a recurring pattern: at least 55 applications with the same symbol have been found by the Civil Guard (UCO). Chance? The agents doubt it. They suspect that the cross was used by fraud organizers to mark the requests managed by themselves, supplanting the will of the Real voter.
A modus operandi that extends
Albaida’s case is not isolated. The UCO has already detected a similar pattern in Melilla, Almería, Murcia, Ciudad Real and other points. Vulnerable people, in many cases without the possibility of moving, were captured, deceived or pressured to give their vote. In return, they were promised public jobs, temporary contracts or simply financial aid. In all cases, the common denominator is the direct implication of political leaders or local structures of the PSOE.
The Loreg It requires that the vote request by mail be personal, face -to -face and with DNI exhibition. None of this was fulfilled, according to the testimonies collected by the Civil Guard. In several cases, people learned that they had voted when they were called to declare.
Silence in mails, restlessness in the PSOE
Correos, whose Albaida del Aljarafe office appears in the epicenter of this possible manipulation, has not appeared in the cause and declines to take internal measures, although some of its workers are already investigated. Meanwhile, the PSOE is silent, without denying or actively collaborating beyond formal judicial requirements.
And now?
The instructional judge continues to advance in the instruction. The cause is extended, the number of witnesses grows and the fraud story seems increasingly systematic. A party headquarters used as an electoral office, doubtful signatures, common symbols in dozens of applications, and votes cast by people who did not know they had voted. All this, in the name of a party that governs the country.
