The Prosecutor’s Office formalized charges against two people for qualified homicide and against three more for violation of the drug law and arms control law, after a shooting that resulted in the death of Carlos “Guatón Mutema” Acevedo Ramírez, in Villa Pucará, Quilicura, last Sunday, April 27.
All the accused were in pretrial detention, while the court set a period of 120 days to conclude the investigation.

In addition, he confirmed the arrest of three other individuals linked to drug trafficking and illegal possession of arms, who also remained in preventive detention.
The crime occurred when subjects who moved in a vehicle opened fire against the victim, who received multiple shots and died in the place.
