The incident occurred on Tuesday, when Saade left the Penitentiary El Bosque for a medical diligence at the Alkarawi Plaza shopping center, located on 90th Street between 50 and 51b races, in northern Barranquilla.
According to the information known by Zero Zero, the Inpec Guard that guarded him “neglected” the surveillance and the convicted person began to call to enter the office.
After three calls, Saade entered the medical appointment without surveillance and the director of the prison was alerted to the situation, so he went to the site.
Following what happened, the Inpec decided to transfer Jaime Saade Corman to the Tramacúa.
Recall that the aforementioned returned to Barranquilla on April 11, 2024, the day he was held in the El Bosque penitentiary.
Saade Cormana is paying a conviction that a judge imposed on the capital of the Atlantic for the crimes of homicide and violent carnal access.
The convicted murderer was a fugitive from justice for 30 years, until his capture on Brazilian soil.

Mestre was raped and killed by this person, when he was only 18 years old and was a student at the Marymount school, studying high school.
Saade asked the young woman’s parents for permission to let her out in the early hours of January to celebrate the New Year.
The media of that time indicated that the father, Martín Mestre, had explained that his daughter had had an accident and then, at the Caribbean clinic, they told him that it was suicide.
But the investigations showed that Nancy had been shot in the head and that she had also been raped. Given this, Saade fled and was a fugitive until his capture in 2020.
Saade’s conviction in 1996 was 27 years in prison for sexually abusing and killing Nancy, was subsequently reduced to 24 years in prison.
Faced with the escape of Saade Cormana, Martín Mestre prepared in Intelligence and became a researcher, giving the whereabouts of Saade, who called Henrique Dos Santos Abdala, was married and had two children.
Finally, he was captured by the Minero Gerais Military Police in January 2020, after the birth registry of his first child was reviewed, whom he registered with his real last name. The investigations reached their business, which was a laundry, and a mansion that belonged to the family.
On this loose end, Saade assured that he did it to guarantee the inheritance to which he is entitled for the goods that family owns in Colombia.
Saade was captured up to two times in Brazil, until its extradition was confirmed, which was over the previous year.
