Freddy Castellanos, the captured when he was denounced for the abuse of several children from a kindergarten of the ICBF in Bogotá, did not accept the charges that the Prosecutor’s Office charged him at the hearing of this May 7.

Why Freddy Castellanos worked in ICBF garden?
From what has been known, Castellanos was an “educational agent” of one of the classrooms of the kindergarten. He was in charge of around 20 children.

The entity called on the community to report cases of abuse or violence against children through line 141 or the emergency line 123.
