The Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC) has closed a sponsorship agreement with Rali bicycles, a firm with more than four decades of experience in the cycling industry that thus reinforces its involvement with high -level and base cycling in Spain. This collaboration will have a direct reflection in the official equipment of the national team, where Rali will be present as a technical sponsor.
Technical material and competition bicycles
The incorporation of Rali as a new sponsor is not just an institutional alliance. The brand, based in America and directed by Vicente Carretero, will provide technical material and competition bicycles and training to the different national teams, especially in the road mode.
The agreement represents a relevant step in the international positioning of the company. Founded more than 40 years ago and with significant growth in the last decade, Rali has consolidated its prestige as one of the most relevant manufacturers of the American continent. Its involvement with cycling transcends the commercial: Carretero, in addition to heading the company, presides over the Panamanian Cycling Federation and is first vice president of the Iberian Cycling Union, a clear show of its commitment to sports development.
One of the most prominent aspects of this collaboration is the social dimension that it intends to achieve. Rali will participate in initiatives oriented to the promotion of female cycling, a constantly evolving area that the RFEC has reinforced with different actions in recent years. This component adds value to the agreement, which is not limited to high performance, but also points to inclusion and equal opportunities within sport.
For Carretero, the bicycle goes beyond sports performance: The bicycle is a powerful tool with the ability to transform our society into different areas
he said. In his words, the alliance with the RFEC is the result of a shared vision around the integral development of cycling as a healthy, sustainable and formative activity.
From the RFF, its president, José Vicioso Soto, has underlined the importance of this new link: This union based on confidence between the two entities will allow us to continue growing with a leading company
. The Federation values the potential of collaboration as a vehicle to consolidate Spanish cycling at a competitive and social level, also reinforcing the international projection of the selection and its main assets.
The incorporation of a manufacturer with the trajectory and solidity of Rali reinforces the tissue of support that supports Spanish cycling. This type of alliances, which combine technical experience, future vision and social commitment, are essential for the development of a robust and sustainable sports structure.
