The City Council of La Robla, in the province of León, decreed this Thursday a day of mourning in the municipality for the violent death of one of its neighbors, JR, allegedly killed yesterday by his cousin, Oh, in the town of Sorribos de Alba, after which he went to surrender to the Civil Guard of Armunia.
The mayor of La Robla, Santiago Dorado, transferred the “sadness” of the entire municipality after the “tragic event that occurred yesterday”, with the violent death of a neighbor, JR, at the hands of another person.
“It is a cause of pain that unfortunately what happened was seen coming after years in which the alleged murderer has altered the coexistence of all the residents of the town,” said Dorado, who said that the Civil Guard “did everything possible to try to solve the problem”, although “the legislation and procedural guarantee has caused that unfortunately this time this has happened.”
Investigations on crime are still to finish clarifying what could happen between these two relatives so that one of them would end the life of the other on the afternoon of April 30.
