A serious complaint about reconstruction in Mexico City, on the part of affected people, is circulating and in it could be involved public employees and construction companies. According to the data, reviews of buildings and the respective offices are presented, including the Institute of Construction Security in the Federal District support the review that can lead to the eviction of homes for an indeterminate time. Although in the same annexes of the official permit, there is no reason to rebuild. Everything seems to indicate that the reconstruction generated by the earthquake of September 19, 2017, has generated another that was not planned in documented reconstruction at that time. At least that is about indicating, but not in the proletarian areas in which such reconstruction has not been done more than seven years later. But in areas of greater relevance where condominiums and residence have been submitted to review and from some public offices it has been determined that they need to be rebuilt.
The journalist Humberto Musacchio sets his condominium example
In a meeting with journalists, Humberto Musacchio author of the La República de las Lyrics column published in the Excelsior newspaper, warned the local authorities of what is happening, in presenting the case of its own condominium located in Campeche 419 of the Condesa neighborhood, which is subject to that threat of possible eviction, for four years. All due to a review that is not clear according to the documents that you have at hand, some of which delivered the media. It is a threat that is often reiterated, through construction experts, such as engineers José Nolasco, Agustín Escudero at the time, and other officials who mention the case as urgent resolution. Meanwhile, in that area of the Condesa neighborhood that is residential there are up to five construction companies in the same office, which surprises the inhabitants of the place. Like construction companies are using the reconstruction phenomenon to take a series of measures that the complainant considers “corrupt officials.” Because they also offer public money to those who evict their home and are qualified as “victims.” Money that apparently does not reach the hands of the evicted, Musacchio stands out.
Five times it is emphasized that the condominium is fine, why then? Musacchio gives an example cases of public protest on that repeated situation, which leads to eviction and the work is suspended for the grievance of the owners. One of the cases mentioned is that of members of the Movement of Damnified Families of the 19S, who have marches to denounce that the constructions are paralyzed and affect a series of families who delivered their homes in the short term and now unfinished they are shown with less space and less departments. One of those marches was made in July of the previous year but are often repeated in other environments. Regarding the condominium of Campeche 419, the journalist showed an approach of the institute mentioned above where he indicates that everything is in order in the condominium, with “acceptable structural state”, “structural elements in adequate conditions”, “there is no affectation that doubts the stability of the building”, and so on. Five times it is repeated that the building has adequate structural conditions, so it is not understood what is the cause of pressure, as is not a case of corruption. Point out.
