




























Max Verstappen and Lando Norris will once again share a first starting row on the grid of the Miami Grand Prix, sixth round of the 2025 season of Formula 1.
The Dutch pilot reached a time of 1M26S204 to get out of only 65 thousandths to the British in the final moments of the classification played in the Miami International Autodrome.
Andrea Kimi Antonelli, after surprising with her pole position for the Sprint race on Friday, showed again for Mercedes by nailing the third best time of the Q3, only two thousandths of the Norris brand.
Oscar Piastri, leader of the championship, could not go beyond fourth place after finishing 0S171 from the top, in what was his worst result in classification so far this season.
The fifth position was held by George Russell, ten thousandths behind what was achieved by Piastri, while Carlos Sainz brought his Williams to sixth place, just ahead of his teammate, Alex Albon.
It was a difficult classification session for Ferrari, since Charles Leclerc could barely be eighth and Lewis Hamilton was 12th, this being the first time that the seven -time champion is out of the top 10 in a classification since he joined the Maranello team this year.
The first ten positions of the grill were completed by Esteban Ocon Haas and the Red Bull of Yuki Tsunoda, at 0s739 of what was done by his partner Verstappen in the Q3.
