This method, based on scientific evidence, not only promotes physical health, but also seeks to strengthen women’s emotional and body autonomy, helping them to reconnect with their body from its most intimate center. Libo is presented as a safe and conscious space that breaks with the stereotypes of traditional beauty, promoting a new narrative of personal care from freedom and knowledge.
The initiative has the support of figures such as FLAVIA DOS SANTOSrecognized sexologist and Brazilian activist, and Jalife Starco -founder of the Mexican Society of Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy (Somfipp), who drive a global network of spaces where women can openly talk about issues that have historically been silenced: pain, pleasure, self -esteem and intimate health.
“Silence has been the biggest secret that we keep women. Libdo is a sorra invitation to break that silence and find our own voice,” says its founders.
Libdo invites the media to join this urgent and necessary conversation, making visible issues that still bother, but must be part of the public debate. female welfare is not a luxury, it is a right, and Libdo is positioned as a real alternative to make it possible.
