During the day, The health team carried out general clinical controls, dental care, vital signs and vaccination for adolescents and young adults. Antigripal vaccines, hepatitis B, double bacterial and against dengue were applied within the framework of the Immunization Strategy of Vaccination Week in the Americas 2025.
Besides, Health promotion actions were developed, including an informative workshop on sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and a space for education about the importance of vaccines, with the aim of providing clear information, generating trust, demolishing myths and promoting responsible access to health services.
This operation was possible thanks to the joint work between different teams of the Municipal Medical Care Centers, that continue to articulate efforts to guarantee equitable and worthy access to each point in the city.
