
Mediderma, the professional division of the Valencian company Laboratories Sesderma, promotes its international expansion plan and announces its entry into the Chinese market through a strategic distribution agreement with Wanjing group, one of the main referents of the aesthetic medicine sector in China.
With this operation, Mediderma adds its presence worldwide, with sales in Latin America, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Mediderma thus implies in the Chinese market in order to maintain a more direct commercial relationship with its customers and enhance its growth. China is a market with a lot of cosmetic demand and key in the strategic growth plan of the Spanish group.
China, according to the Valencian company, is a key country in its international expansion strategy, which has promoted laboratories to create its own structure together with the human team necessary for it. In this way, Mediderma signs an agreement with Wanjing Group for two years, renewable, with the aim of directly controlling the entire value chain between the company and the Chinese consumer.
As Gabriel Serrano, president and founder of Laboratories Mediderma and Sesderma, China represents one of the areas with the greatest growth potential for the company. “Currently, China has 1.4 billion inhabitants, and Wanjing Group has a network of more than 45,000 professional aesthetic centers, which will allow Mediderma to significantly expand its presence in the Asian market,” said the company’s owner.

On the other hand, Sesderma is not new in the Asian giant market, since its products have been distributed there since 2017.
