“In the transitory of the law, a specific table for the transfer of personnel is not established, there is no specific resource for liquidations and there are no conditions for them to speak of a transfer of both the staff and the institute to the organs that absorb it,” he said.
In that sense, he reproached that “today we do not know our employment situation” and said that mobilizations precisely seek to give clarity and transparency in the transfer process.
Regarding the performance of the IFT Plenary before his disappearance, Trejo Amador considered that “what they do is not enough, because there should be more demand on their part in order to guarantee our labor rights.”

On the other hand, he warned that if after the extinction the current IFT workers are not contemplated, “the Mexican State will lose a very important human capital, very specialized in communications and regulation, so we are stated that this capital is used by the digital transformation agency and telecommunications.”
