The president stressed that, despite the protectionist policies promoted by President Donald Trump, Mexico has managed to maintain a favorable position compared to other countries, especially with regard to tariffs. This, he said, was possible thanks to constant and effective communication between both governments on various issues. He also emphasized his commitment to maintain a bilateral relationship based on mutual respect.
