Chihuahua, chih. Elements of the State Investigation Agency, attached to the apprehension orders group in the Chihuahua Northern Prosecutor’s Office, arrested three women accused of rape with aggravated penalty, in relation to the 71 cases of sexual abuse investigated in five centers of Ciudad Juárez.
The detainees were identified as Graciela LR, 53; Blanca Patricia RS, 42, and Norma Laura VB, 59, who were made available to the control judges knowledgeable about the respective criminal cases.
These three women are indicated as alleged responsible for the crime of sexual abuse, in relation to cases registered in the Loon nursery, where they were employed.
With these three arrests, there are five people arrested for the 71 cases of abuse to infants, and an order freed to execute for an filed amparo.
In the cases committed in the Loon nursery, in the Antonio J. Bermúdez Industrial Park neighborhood, 53 medical and psychological reviews have been made to children between 2 and 4 years of age, started 15 investigation folders and so far it was linked to criminal proceedings to Lourdes ZM, with precautionary measure of preventive detention, also three seasons have been made.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office specialized in women’s attention (FEM), most cases with identified accused, boys and girls have expressed sexual touching, which with the medical report have been accredited as introductions of genital and anal fingers via fingers.
In all these cases of sexual order, victims whose ages range between 2 and 4 years, those who have a more developed language, indicated that the aggressions occurred within the nurseries and not in diverse places, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.
