Hammerfall
The legendary Swedish band returns to Spain in January 2026 to present live its powerful last work, ‘Avenge The Fallen’. The tour will pass through five cities: on January 17 at the Razzmatazz of Barcelona, on the 18th in the Mamba de Murcia, the 20th in the Custom de Sevilla, on the 23rd in the Riviera of Madrid and on the 24th in the Totem of Pamplona.
Hammerfall returned to the study with clear ideas and energy to the skin. The result was ‘Avenge The Fallen’, an album that reaffirms its legacy with ten songs loaded with devastating riffs, epic melodies and lyrics that invite reflection. “The music I write is the one I love and in which I believe,” says its founder Oscar Dronjak. “Heavy metal cannot be pretended.”
Songs like “Hail To The King” or “The End Justificies” have become new favorites among fans, while the emotional ballad “Hope Springs Eternal”, gestated for years, shows the intact chemistry between Oscar and Joacim Tent, a creative duo that continues to carry the metal banner with pride.
Recorded in Sweden and mixed by Fredrik Nordström in Studio Fredman, the album also has vocal collaborations of authentic heavyweights such as John Bush (Armored Saint) and Marc Lopes (Metal Church), among others. All reinforced by careful production and an unwavering attitude: that of a band that has never stopped evolving without giving up its roots.
More than thirty years after its foundation, Hammerfall continues to walk their own path, like their warrior Hector on the cover of the album. In 2026, that path brings them back to Spain to offer us a download of authentic heavy metal without concessions.
