Jeong Eun Ji of Akink leaves istotainment after 14 years + joins the agency of his co -star of “Pump up the Healthy Love”, Lee Jun Young

Jeong Eun Ji from Apink officially separated from his agency for a long time, Ist Entertainment.

On April 2, Ist Entertainment announced that his exclusive contract with Jeong Eun Ji had recently reached an end.

First, we would like to sincerely thank fans who have demonstrated love and support for Jeong Eun Ji.

We inform you that the exclusive contract between Ist Entertainment and Jeong Eun Ji recently ended.
After exhaustive conversations based on mutual trust, both parties agreed to support each other in their respective new paths.

Since his debut as a member of Apink in 2011, Jeong Eun Ji has been with us during the last 14 years, not only actively promoting with the group, but also consolidating himself as a vocalist and actress with a unique touch.
His sincere trajectory and passion over the years, as well as their incredible growth, have made this time truly significant for us.

We will unconditionally support Jeong Eun Ji in this new chapter and we wish him the best in his future projects.
We also express our deepest gratitude to fans who have sent their love and support over the years.

Shortly after the announcement, Jeong Eun Ji shared a personal message with his fans at the Weber of Ack: “Pandas, many were surprised to read today’s article, right? Today I graduated from Ist Entertainment and decided to start a new adventure with Billions.”

He continued: “First, I would like to address what probably generates more curiosity, or even concern. I will continue with my activities as a member of Apink, as well as my work as a singer and actress, as I have done so far.”

Subsequently, Billions also published an official statement: “We have signed an exclusive contract with Jeong Eun Ji. As a multitlayed artist who has consolidated a unique presence in music, acting and variety programs, we will fully support it so that he can continue with his wide range of activities.”

Jeong Eun Ji worked at Ist Entertainment for 14 years since his debut with Apink in 2011. It should be noted that, when Apink’s contract with the agency expired in April 2023, he was the only member he renewed. Since then, Chorong, Yoon Bomi, Namjoo and Hayung have signed with Choi Creative Lab.

Jeong Eun Ji’s new agency, Billions, is also the home of his co -star of “Pump up the Healthy Love”, Lee Jun Young, along with the actors are Hyun Joo, Kim Ha Neul, Heo Sung Tae, Choi Moo Sung and more.
