The approval of a plan to expand Israel’s military operations in Gaza began to cause international political reactions. The Executive of Progressive Gabriel Boric, a recognized defender of the Palestinian cause, also expressed “his firm rejection” to the new humanitarian aid distribution plan announced by Tel Aviv, “initiative that contravenes fundamental humanitarian principles,” said the note of the Foreign Ministry.

Hamas declared on Tuesday that it is no longer a sense of negotiations with Israel for a truce in Gaza and urged the international community to stop the “Israeli hunger war against the Palestinian territory.
“It makes no sense to establish negotiations or consider new proposals of Alto El Fuego while continuing the War of Hunger and the War of Extermination in the Gaza Strip,” Basem Naim said, a senior official of the Palestinian Islamist movement, cited by the AFP agency.
