According to Manh Cuong, despite the complex and changing regional and international circumstances, the links between the two countries are constantly strengthened, thanks to the joint efforts of both parties and states.
In this regard, he mentioned what he considered three key aspects. First, the frequent exchange of delegations, especially high level, helps to strengthen mutual trust and achieve numerous strategic agreements that consolidate the basis of deep, effective and sustainable cooperation.
Second, he added, the existing integral cooperation in various fields such as politics, defense, economy, culture, health and education continues to develop strongly.
Finally, exchanges between peoples, visits of local delegations and contacts between sectors are made regularly and contribute to strengthening the bonds of brotherhood between two villages, ”which have shared a history of struggle for independence and currently cooperate in the construction and defense of their respective nations”.
Referring to the state visit of Luong Cuong, and in an interview with the VNA notocies agency, the Ambassador of Laos here, Khamphao Enthavanh, highlighted the context in which it will occur.
Both countries, he said, materializes the resolutions of their partisan congresses and prepare for the next appointments in 2026.
