The former chancellor of the Republic Álvaro Leyva published on Wednesday morning, April 23, a hard letter that sent to the President Gustavo Petro and in which he played several issues, including the conflict between Laura Sarabia y Armando Benedetti, Disappearances of the president in France and a problem of “drug addiction.”

Precisely, one of the most controversial points that Leyva raised in his text is the time in which Allegedly President Petro “disappeared” in Parissomething that the former minister produces “Expose and bewilderment.”

“The occasion when you disappeared two days in Paris during an official visit. As if French intelligence were incompetent so as not to have known his whereabouts. Pregnant moments for me as a person and as his chancellor. And much more when I knew where he had been, ”he said.

He also spoke of an alleged “drug problem” of the president of the Colombians.

“It was in Paris where I could confirm that you had drug addiction problem. But what could I do? I was sure I was lower. I have had it approximate, help, attend timely, ”he said.

On the other hand, it refers to the today Chancellor, Laura Sarabiawho, according to him, owned the time of the president and “some of his people.”

“I assumed the Foreign Ministry with an unsuspecting spirit, with wishes to look for me looking for you to be a continental leader and a worldwide hope. But it surprised me from the beginning that we could not sit at any time to draw the foreign policy of the state. In the same way, he lashed out against Petro for his “Disappearances, late arrivals, unacceptable breaches, travel lacking, incoherent phrases, questioned companies, according to some, and other oversights.”
