The campaign revolves around the confrontation of a family for an inheritance, which is surprised to discover that it is very likely to suffer from cancer.
Cancer is a disease that can be contracted by smoking, consuming alcohol, having obesity, among other factors. However, another of the reasons why you can suffer from this evil, lies in genetics.
In that sense, the League against Cancer (LCC) of Peru launches the campaign ‘The unwanted inheritance’, with the aim of putting on the table this little widespread issue that deserves attention for early detection.
The initiative, which consists of a piece, presents a scene that although at the beginning it seemed like a funny story, becomes a reflective drama by revealing that there is a probability of more than 50% of having cancer, if someone from our family already had it.
A shocking fact and a captivating story are the key components for this short film to achieve two noble objectives: to raise awareness about how vulnerable we are to develop a cancer and give notoriety to the free shattered campaigns that activates the Peruvian NGO throughout the year and those that can be accessed at www.ligacancer.org.pe.
