The Judiciary reported today that the Supreme Court of Preparatory Investigation renewed the orders of location and capture, both nationally and internationally, against former Minister Juan Francisco Silva Villegas, on whom a preventive detention order weighs for 36 months.
He also ordered that the police division, the Office of Requirements of the Judiciary and the Interpol report, before its expiration, on the periodic renewal of said orders.
Does not appear on the list of requirements
This communication of the PJ is known after press media, such as Peru21, revealed that the name of Vladimir Cerrón had disappeared from the list of the rewards program for capture.

In March 2025, the Supreme Court acquitted Cerrón of the crime of aggravated collusion in the Wanka airfield case, revoking the sentence of 3 years and 6 months of effective prison and reducing the civil reparation of S/ 800,000 to S/ 250,000. Likewise, the Constitutional Court declared void the conviction for incompatible negotiation in the La Oroya case, which had implied effective imprisonment, political disqualification and seizure of assets.
However, Vladimir Cerrón is still prosecuted in the case the dynamics of the center, in which an order of preventive detention for 24 months for the alleged illegal financing of Peru Libre and other crimes linked to a criminal organization weighs on it.
In addition, he faces the antalsis process, in which he was investigated for the alleged crime of own passive bribery. Although the preventive detention order was annulled, the investigation is still ongoing.
It is also involved in the Chupaca case, which investigates alleged irregularities in a road work in Junín, and contemplates a possible civil reparation of S/ 3 million.
In September 2024, the Interior Ministry, under the management of Juan José Santiváñez, raised from S/ 200,000 to S/ 500,000 the reward for information that allows the capture of the leader of Peru Libre, as part of the effort to intensify his search.
