Within the framework of Mother’s day, it is essential to remember the importance of maintaining good habits to have an optimal welfare state, in a context in which life styles are more busy. The key is balance, and although it may seem a complicated task, it is possible to have good habits to be healthy and happy.
In that sense, Dr. Cecilia Solís-Rosas García, member of the Herbalife Nutrition Consulting Council, shares some healthy tips for moms.
- Organize your priorities: Share activities and avoid leaving things for tomorrow or for the last minute. Take care of your personal space to enjoy it, meditate, relax and always have enough energy.
- Take care of your diet: Consume more fruits, vegetables, fiber. Beware of fried foods, salt and refined sugars. Hyd yourself well: we suggest at least two liters of liquids a day.
- Do the physical activity that is most like your liking and enjoy it: Walk, run, dance, swim, play with your children, walk with the family. Physical activity is not synonymous with gym.
- Sleep your eight healthy hours: If you cannot reconcile the dream, we suggest that, in your dark and ventilated room, Inhale, tell to ten and exhale, put your mind blank.
