An unfortunate event occurred inside the classrooms a public university. A teacher from an Economy Faculty, of Initials EARA, rebuked one of its students for being “Women’s dress” during one of his classes.
The teacher’s action was captured on video by one of his students and indicated, to this legal portal, by the lawyer and former director of the House of Studies, Jack Barbarán Almeida. In the recording, Earr is heard and the student starring in an exchange of words:
Teacher: What you are doing is not right, it is very bad for you and for others. You are giving them a bad image. Imagine that one of those journalists who are very annoying would come. […] You can even return a national issue. ‘Those teachers allow,’ he would say.
Student: One thing is clothes, another thing is my right to study. […]
Teacher: You are disguising yourself, pretending to make others believe that you are a woman. Has anyone cheated on you? You are not deceiving anyone. Nobody. So what are you doing? […] You are closing your future yourself. Who of you [diriéndose a la plana estudiantil] Would you recommend your friend to go to your company? You are closing your own doors. […] What makes us look bad is that you do badly to college.
Subsequently, the teacher orders the student to go to his class with a default clothing. If not, announces its students, it will not impart the corresponding subject:
Teacher: That is a lack of respect for students and the teacher. You are missing respect. In the next I want you to come as a male.
Student: [Ininteligible] I will not come.
Teacher: Then don’t come to class. Do not enter class. Let’s do one thing. If the Lord is not dressed as a male, I do not enter class. […] I will not enter class if he is present.
Student: [Ininteligible]
-Teacher: Therefore, if I lack respect for me, I can’t […]. Do I have to endure? It’s wrong, then. It’s wrong.
Student: [Ininteligible] Missing respect for its orientation.
Teacher: We have national examples, which are openly homosexual, but do not dress as a woman, out of respect for their audience.

According to Barbarán Almeida, the aggrieved person usually uses the same garments in his university assistance, a fact that had not generated any problem so far.
