The drawing of the caricaturist Carlos Tovar, better known as Carlin, shows three silhouettes making an oriental reference or greeting, with a dialogue bubble that says the following: “We have approved that you can candidate for the presidency and the Senate at the same time, in case you do not hold it again ..”
These three people are heading towards another silhouette that would be from a woman and who is on top of a hammock, with a vignette and the following text: “Already, but do not believe that with that they will get rid of continuing to give me tithing. Or do they believe that with that salaries of senator it reaches me?”.
It should be noted that today’s charincure mounts the modification that was carried out in February of this year to article 108 of the Organic Law of Elections (LOE).
