Prosecutor’s Office of Peru denounces to the Minister of Education for inciting discrimination

Lima, May 7 (EFE) .- The Prosecutor’s Office filed a constitutional complaint against the of Education of Peru, Morgan Quero, for inciting discrimination, in its aggravated modality, to the detriment of the protesters of the anti- protests held between December 202 and early 2023, the Public Ministry reported on Wednesday.

In a statement shared in its Social Network X, the Prosecutor’s Office, through the area of ​​illicit enrichment and constitutional complaints, filed the complaint against Quero before Congress for the crime against humanity, in its qualification of incitement to discrimination.
