Xiaomi Spain joins the Zurich Rock ‘N’ Roll Running Series Madrid through a campaign in which sport and photography shake hands, encouraging four people who have never run a marathon to face this challenge accompanied by the Xiaomi products ecosystem.
Under the name ‘The power of photography’, the initiative follows the path of four brave -alberto, Ana, Cristina and Yasmina- who face the challenge of the Marathon of Madrid from very different personal stories, but in all cases putting in the focus the value of photography as “an emotional impulse and engine of change.”
The campaign took its first steps in a photography study, where the participants were portrayed by the objectives of Xiaomi 15 Ultra, demonstrating the potential of their technology to capture every detail, and these images were projected next to the message ‘We are with you!’ On the giant screen of El Corte Inglés of Plaza de Callao, in Madrid, to the surprise of the protagonists of the challenge.
On April 27, these four runners will live their personal challenge. Yasmina and Alberto in the 10K, while Ana and Cristina face the complete marathon (42 kilometers), all of them immortalized by Xiaomi’s photographic technology. “Every emotion, every effort, every victory will be captured in detail,” explains the company through a statement.
The stories of these four runners reflect transformation, effort and purpose. Cristina Saucony found in the ‘running’ a shelter and healing, taking advantage of those moments to capture sunrise, faces and signs of the road with the camera of Xiaomi 15 Ultra, while Alberto Cascón decided to reinvent himself at age 53, leaving tobacco behind tobacco and hugging active life.
Another of the protagonists of the campaign, Ana Casas, runs to teach their daughters that the determination is a form of self -esteem, facing the marathon with the same energy with which he leads teams and makes decisions every day as a retail director in Xiaomi Iberia. And, finally, Yasmina Sancayo, a professional -based ex -base, has found in the running a way to overcome after several surgeries and years of recovery.
Technology that motivates
While each of these runners writes its own history in the Zurich Rock ‘N’ Roll Running Series Madrid, the Xiaomi device ecosystem becomes an indispensable ally, capturing, measuring and promoting each meter to the goal.
Specifically, the ‘Smartphone’ Xiaomi 15 Ultra is presented as a portable photographic study that transforms the ‘running’ into visual art, through its co-designed camera system with Leica. “Thanks to their versatility, runners can immortalize their advances, share their challenges and motivate others with each image,” detail the creators of this campaign.

In addition, its long -term battery and water resistance make it perfect for both training and race day.
And in the face of the long days of ‘Running’, Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro are responsible for putting the soundtrack. Thanks to their active sound cancellation, runners can isolate themselves from the environment and focus on their rhythm, or connect with the music that drives them to follow at all times.
