ATP Roma forecast
After beating Mayot, the 24 -year -old Dutch tennis player Jesper de Jong is a single match to ensure his first participation in the main box of the 1000 Masters of Rome, but for that he will have to beat the surface specialist, the Brazilian Seyboth Wild.
-In 2024, Seyboth Wild became the #58 of the world, but had to go through the operating room and its ranking was quite affected. It seeks to recover its best level, which has been elusive after the operation, and has a 3-7 record this season, going back up to 7 positions in the last update of the ranking.
Jong goes in the opposite line, a continuous ascent, as he just broke into the top 100 of the ATP ranking. Several very positive results contributed to this, such as the semifinals of Montpellier that he reached, where he beat his compatriot Griekspoor, but more recently the excellent challenger tournaments of Murcia and Girona, where he won 3 or more games in each tournament.
Tuesday is an unprecedented match between Jong and Wild.
