A motorcyclist was injured this Friday, May 2 after being rammed by a van with Belize plates in the David Gustavo Gutiérrez Ruiz neighborhood, in the municipality of Othón P. Blanco.
The accident occurred on Isla Cancun street, right at the crossroads with José María Morelos Avenue. According to the first reports, the driver of an Isuzu Rodeo truck, gray and beautiful nationality, did not respect a high signal, causing the collision with a black Italika motorcycle with green.
Because of the impact, the motorcyclist fell on the asphalt tape. Paramedics of the Mexican Red Cross immediately went to the place and, after a review, determined that the injuries were not serious, so their transfer to a hospital was not necessary.
Elements of the State Transit Police arrived to become aware of the accident. Finally, both parties reached an agreement by signing an agreement act, allowing each one to maintain the custody of their vehicle.
Once the procedures were completed, the agents withdrew from the place and resumed their surveillance route.
