The ruler recalled that there were those who fought and gave life for millions to defend the human family, including 27 million people from the Soviet Union, who set a luminous example of spiritual light, life and truth.
“Heroic triumph, so many families there that resulted in one way or another wounded and beaten by fascism, but we defeated, because it was humanity that overcame the human spirit in those heroic anti -fascist combatants and today, that they intend to raise their terrible signs called badges, the entire world is vigilant and active building, rebuilding and defying from La Paz,” he said.
